- The link to Track Bunny Designs must stay at all times on the layout.

- Track Bunny Designs will not be held accountable for copyrighted material used on the layout/theme.

- No support will be given by Track Bunny Designs other than helping you set up your theme and making sure it works properly on your website. The client will have four (4) days to contact Track Bunny Designs with any chances or help needed with the layout. When four (4) days are up, no support will be offered unless TBD is unable to get to them right away.

- Clients should understand that a link or snapshot of purchased layout/theme will be used as a sample of work in Track Bunny Designs’ website.

PREMADE LAYOUT / THEMES
- Premade themes and layouts are sold as is unless stated in the description of the theme. Premade themes will be edited to include the name of your website.

CUSTOM LAYOUTS / THEMES
- When requesting a custom layout or theme, half of the payment must be recieved before work is started on your theme. If, for example, your custom theme is $30, you are required to pay $15 before I make it and the other $15 after I make it, not only for my knowledge that you are serious and willing to pay, but for you to make sure that everything is right with your custom layout/theme before you give the full amount.
